When organizing an event like the Dulle Memorial Ride, there is no such thing as too many volunteers.  As the ride grows, our need for volunteers grows along with it.  This year we will be recruiting approximately 100 volunteers.  There are a variety of jobs...something for everyone!  We need folks for all of the following positions:

  • Setup
  • Pancake breakfast
  • Parking
  • Registration
  • Volunteer check-in
  • 50/50 Sales
  • Raffle Ticket Sales
  • Cleanup
  • Blockers (MUST be registered for the ride)

This year's signups will be a little different.  We are asking you to designate whether you are available pre-ride, during the ride, and/or after the ride.  We also need to know if you will be participating in this year's ride so that we can make sure we have people available immediately after the ride for parking.

If you are signing up to be a blocker, it is highly encouraged and recommended that you try to attend one of the two blocker training sessions scheduled for Saturday, July 8th or Friday, July 14th.  Both sessions will held at Powder Keg Harley Davidson, 2383 Kings Center Court, Mason, OH 45040 and will begin at 1:00PM.  If you registered and participated as a blocker on last year’s Dulle ride, you are not required to attend a blocking session BUT YOU DO HAVE TO BE REGISTERED AS A BLOCKER ONLINE.  If your name is not on the blocker list the day of the ride, you will not be allowed in the blocker line.  As of this posting, there are plans in the works to try and produce a blocker briefing that can be viewed online. Please be sure to check this page regularly for further updates.

BLOCKING PROCEDURES MEETING DATE CHANGE: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the last scheduled blocking procedures meeting prior to the Brian Dulle Memorial ride has been rescheduled for Sunday, July 16th at 2:00PM in the upstairs conference room at Powder Keg Harley Davidson, 2383 Kings Center Court, Mason, OH. Sorry for the late change. The blocking procedures video is also posted on the Dulle Memorial ride Facebook page.
